Practical Application of the Optimal Sequence Search Algorithm

Having a business plan for any company is the core of the business planning phase. Frequently, there are situations in which business planning is carried out for several industries at the same time. Thus, in this case, we should not only develop business plans for each industry but also conduct a general analysis that aims to develop a clear plan (sequence) for launching each business project. The aim of the article is to create an algorithm that would simplify the work of managers. The authors have implemented an algorithm for finding the optimal sequence, which simplifies the work of managers. With the help of the proposed algorithm, implemented in Microsoft Excel software, the task of business planning for the company was solved.
