The Software Modules “Insider” as a KYC-Solution for Industrial Verification and Bankruptcy Prediction

The priority task of choosing counterparties is to check their reliability in terms of timely and high-quality fulfillment of obligations under contracts. To accomplish this task, companies are increasingly resorting to Know Your Customer (KYC) rules and procedures, which were originally related to the activities of financial institutions but have become more widespread over time. The authors have developed software modules for industry verification and industry bankruptcy prediction. The programs are used mathematical models, based on methods of system-cognitive analysis, which have a high reliability of identification. The software modules are proposed to be considered as a KYC solution for Russian companies. At the same time, the potential for expanding the capabilities of the technology to enter the international market is noted.
