Cognitive Prediction Model of Entering The Universities (on Example of the Rostov Region)

The article is devoted to the forecast of the number of persons entering the universities (applicants) in the Rostov region. For this purpose, a cognitive simulation model based on indicators characterizing economic, social, professional and other characteristics has been constructed and studied. A number of hypotheses have been suggested and tested. Factors of controlled influence on the number of applicants are taken into account.
