DBTap-A Digital Transformation App

To create a one-stop digital shop for college administrative and academic needs. The recent academic shift to an online format resulted in a lack of coordination among college administrative personnel and students. This problem statement into account by DBTap, which addresses it using three key modules: No Dues, Convocation, and Letter Of Recommendation (LOR). This digital system enables students to apply for No Dues and LOR online and assists every faculty member participating in the process in approving or rejecting applications with justifications. It assists teachers in keeping track of all alumni by scanning copies of admit cards for further education. The database approach helps gather data for each student and analyse it for convocation purposes, where student skills are evaluated based on academic, athletic, technical, and extra-curricular data.
