The Study of Adding Anti-Solvent to Improve the Efficiency of Perovskite Solar Cells

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) possess the advantages of low cost and high conversion efficiency. PSCs can be stacked with silicon solar cells by tuning the band gap to form high-efficiency tandem solar cells. In this study, an anti-solvent was added to enhance the grain growth of the perovskite absorber layer and to improve the crystal quality and carrier transport. As a result, the efficiency of PSCs device adding antisolvent is 18.17% compares to those without adding anti-solvent is 16.31%, an increase of11.4%.
