Lane line detection based on OpenCV

This paper is a lane line detection based on OpenCV. First, the image is processed after the image input. Later, the histogram equalization was used for image enhancement, which improved the poor effect of lane line detection due to the effect of exposure changes. Set up the area of interest to reduce interference. A modified Canny edge detection was followed, using a hybrid filtering method to reduce the effect of noise. Then the Hough transformation algorithm was performed. The results show that histogram equalization and hybrid filtering improve the accuracy of lane line identification.
