Delay-Based TCP with Pacing and ECN for Solving Incast Problem in Data Center Networks

This paper proposes a delay-based TCP variant, TCP-VPECN, which aims to solve the Incast problem in data center networks by using pacing and Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN). As observed by NS-2 simulations, TCPVPECN can utilize idle bandwidth more rapidly than DCTCP, Vegas and IA-TCP.
