Broadband Circularly Polarized Meta-surface Antenna Based on Substrate Integrated Waveguide Cavity

This paper presents a broadband circularly polarized metasurface antenna based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) cavity. By superimposing the metasurface on the SIW cavity backed slot antenna, the antenna can not only maintain a low profile, but also have a broadband. The overall size of the antenna is
