Intelligent management of the building's heat consumption when using individual heat points

the paper presents the results of calculating the thermal state of the room in the intermittent regime of its heating. On the basis of the thermophysical model, the methods of effective management of the heat consumption of the building were investigated, experimental studies of the characteristics of the heat consumption of the building when using individual heat points were carried out, and the results of calculations based on the thermophysical model were compared with experimental data.
