A Power-Efficient 1–2-MHz Hysteretic Buck Converter With High DVS Rate Enabled by Isosceles-Triangular Shunt Current Push–Pull Technique

This letter presents a dc–dc buck converter featuring rapid dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) speed without sacrificing efficiency. . Current-tailing handover (CTH), also presented in this letter, can realize no voltage droop after DVS even under resistive loads. Combining ITSC and CTH aids in enhancing load-transient response.
