Research on Self-tuning PID of Scale Factor in the Control System of Solar Water-heater

The traditional control system of solar water-heater has simple functions, poor anti-interference ability and unstable control effect. Therefore, a PID control system based on self-tuning of scale factor is proposed. The basic principle of solar water heater is introduced, and the model of heating system is established. A scale factor self-tuning PID control system is proposed, and the algorithm controller is designed. The program flow of the control system and PID algorithm with self-tuning scale factor are introduced. Finally, the performance of PID control system with self-tuning scale factor is analyzed by experiment. The system has high stability, good robustness and good effect in the control system of solar water-heater.
