Automated Pipeline Preprocessing Techniques for Alzhiemer Disease Detection

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most prevalent diseases that should be treated within the shortest amount of time possible. A delay in diagnosing AD can adversely affect the treatment of AD patients in the most effective manner. Many tools are available for the purpose of observing the reasons behind AD detection. In order to detect AD, the most common tool is the free surfer. Free surfer contains a pipeline that consists of all the preprocessing steps necessary to take out the most prominent features for detection. In this article, we have also used free surfer methods for preprocessing and feature extraction. Furthermore, we discussed the various tools available for preprocessing and feature extraction for AD detection.
