Real-time Adaptive Weighted Fusion of Multi-radar's Mutual Guidance Data

A real-time adaptive weighting fusion algorithm for radar mutual guidance data is proposed to address the current situation of poor continuity and stability of mutual guidance data among radars in domestic measurement and control ground stations. The algorithm calculates the statistical characteristics of the sample points of radar mutual guidance data at the current moment, and adaptively assigns the weights to each radar mutual guidance data according to the statistical characteristics of the sample, so as to carry out weighted data fusion estimation. The numerical simulation and the application of radar measurements show that the algorithm does not require a priori information such as historical statistics, is fast in real-time calculation and has a certain degree of robustness, which can improve the accuracy and stability of radar guidance data to a large extent.
