Effect of Al:F codoping on the optical ans structural properties of SnO₂ films

The present work deals with the deposition of SnO
2
thin films by a simple technique such as spin coating. In the first, a set of pure SnO
2
thin film and (Al/F) co-doped were prepared using various deposition conditions in order to prepare suitable films devoted to the optoelectronic and sensing applications. The aim of this work, is to study the effect of codoping on optical and structural properties of tin dioxide (SnO
2
) thin films. From the optical characterization results, we inferred that the deposited films have suitable optoelectronic properties for the photovoltaic applications since they present a good transmission in the visible range. The structural charactherization of the doped films show the beginning of crystallization with apparent peaks whose intense peak is along the diffraction plane (101).
