A method for measuring the potential near the ground under a high-voltage transmission line

With the development of the power grid and the continuous construction of high-voltage transmission lines, the impact of high-voltage transmission lines in the nearby residential areas is increasingly concerned. Based on the mechanism of induction power generation, according to the relationship between voltage and electric field, this paper proposed an inductive electrical measurement method in the near-ground area under high-voltage transmission line. In this paper, the proposed method is verified by COMSOL simulation software. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper. The induced voltage measurement method in the near-ground area proposed in this paper can be applied to the evaluation of induced electricity and electromagnetic environmental protection.
