Obtaining Nanocomposite Films With Predefined Thermal Conductivity, With Controlled Anisotropy

The article presents a new concept of nanocomposite film type materials with predefined thermal anisotropy, of high value, controlled by a compositing technology with exposure to electromagnetic radiation, with a high degree of innovation. The proposed technology is in line with the new concepts of cooling at the micro-scale, and can lead to materials made at the micro/nanometric scale and innovative technologies mainly oriented towards the electronic, bio-medical and aeronautical industries.
