Continuous Improvement in Education Based on Deming Model in Worldwide Context

The aim of this paper is to make a brief comparative study between online vs onsite education and to improve existing learning formats and educational technologies using Deming Model in such a way to increase presence at laboratory and grades of the students at exam. This study was done for students in first year at electromagnetic theory laboratory. For this study we will take into account like inputs the learning methods used and like outputs the student’s presence, grades obtain by students and feedback offer by students to the teacher. This study was performed in the last 2 years, where the classes for year 2020-2021 was done online and for 2021-2022 onsite. This study can also decrease the dropout rate in university by making the laboratories more attractive for students.
