An Active Partitioning Method for Urban Power Grid to Deal with External Attacks in Extreme Cases

Aiming at the possible external attack risk of urban power grid in extreme cases, this paper proposes an active zoning method of urban power grid. The proposed method first establishes the fault set according to the possible external attack risk of urban power grid in extreme cases, then takes the minimum risk of urban power grid load loss under the constraint of fault set as the objective function. Next, a solution algorithm is presented based on improved particle swarm optimization, which uses the power supply area sub-set obtained based on source load matching method to improve the optimization efficiency of particle swarm optimization. Finally, a typical urban power grid is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method.
