Feasibility of the Choosing by Advantages Tool in the Selection of Internal Stakeholders in Small Construction Companies of Multi-Family Buildings

For many small construction companies in multifamily buildings, it is very important to have an efficient selection system for internal stakeholders, which collaboratively supports the project objectives. The implementation of a system for choosing internal stakeholders is essential, which identifies the ideal personnel, who must be chosen based on skills that allow them to satisfactorily fulfill their functions, contributing to the success of the project. However, many methods used for election systems and their considerations are not well understood or even known. The objective of this study is to propose a new technique which improves decision-making in the choice systems of internal stakeholders in small construction companies of multi-family buildings, checking its viability in said choice systems through expert judgment, in which the analysis and compilation of various professionals involved in multi-family projects will be carried out. This research will also address the benefits and improvements of using Choosing By Advantages (CBA) in the selection of internal stakeholders compared to traditional systems that perform it subjectively.
