The Design of Intelligent Informatization Framework Guided by Students’ Values based on Overlapping Information Filtering Algorithm

A guided fusion algorithm of student values based on guided filter and adaptive sparse representation is proposed. The algorithm uses Gaussian filter to decompose the input image into detail layer and base layer, and obtains the weight map of base layer based on saliency features and guiding filter. The basic characteristics and main laws of H links and the overall process of ideological and political education content construction, transmission and acceptance of college students under the new media environment are analyzed and put forward. Finally, the adaptive median filter is used to smooth the noise of the image. In terms of accepting effectiveness, establish a research system for college students’ needs, strengthen the party’s leadership over new media, and optimize the network environment.
