Measurement of Refraction Coefficients in thin Biomolecular Films Studies

The paper presents the results of a study of experimental biomolecular model films and film components intended for embedding in hybrid micro- and nanoelectronic devices. The refractive indices of thin biomolecular films located on transparent substrates were measured. The study was carried out using refractometry methods on a NAR-3T Abbe refractometer (ATAGO, Japan).
