Study on the Typical Business Model of Clean Energy Utilization System Based on Flexible Resources

Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and energy Internet, the grid connection of a high proportion of clean energy generating units leads to a significant increase in the randomness and uncertainty of the power system. To ensure the supply-demand balance and economic operation of the power system, we should first systematically sort out and clarify the callable flexible resources on each side of "source-network-load", build a clean energy utilization system, and then design a reasonable business model to stimulate all kinds of flexible resources to deeply participate in the market, realize their flexibility value, and improve the regulating ability of the system at the same time. The proposed business model, transaction path, and overall architecture will provide a path and decision support for the clean energy utilization system based on flexible resources to participate in market competition and improve the system resource optimization allocation and service capability.
