Real-Time Pricing Strategy for EV Charging Station Alliances Based on Mobile Online Information Interaction Framework

Currently, the majority of public energy-supplying facilities for EVs (electric vehicles) are EVCSs (electric vehicle charging stations). By analyzing the recent competitive complexion of charging service providers, a deduction is made that the EVCSs are organized as alliances, whose decisions are basically motivated by the objective of revenue. Based on this deduction, a mobile online information interaction framework for EVs and EVCSs is constructed, which is a low-delay real-time mobile application with no tendentiousness. Within the framework, the objectives of EVs and EVCSs are modeled, and the digital map service is integrated as the basis of user service while improving the precision of the mathematical model of the driving process. Furthermore, a real-time pricing strategy for CSAs (charging station alliances) is proposed, and a modified PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm is applied to solve the model. Finally, a case study in a real urban area is implemented to verify the practicability of the framework and the effectiveness of the pricing strategy.
