Design and analysis of air pressure reducer for aviation

In order to meet the requirements of fuel tank inerting system, a pressure reducer with low pressure and large flow was designed. SolidWorks Flow Simulation fluid analysis is used to design the product channel to ensure the streamline design of the product internal channel. In order to have good output pressure characteristics and flow characteristics, this design uses the inlet and outlet balance structure design, so that the product pressure stability, with high reliability and safety, and theoretical calculation of the relevant structure, the design and improvement of the pressure reducer has a good reference.
