Modelling of Breakthrough Competencies for Managing an Innovation Project

The structure and functions of the mechanisms of formation of breakthrough competencies of the innovative development program are considered. A conceptual model of breakthrough competencies with four groups - Emotional, Social, Cognitive and Managerial. The application of a competency-based in project, program and portfolio management approach based on the formula of success in breakthrough innovations that form technical, technological, and organizational breakthroughs is proposed. Presented the Case-study according to application of three different breakthrough competence models and analyses the results.
