Research of Housing Comfort Using Linguistic Variables

To date, society has faced a problem in the construction and design of modern apartment buildings, especially in the concept of comfort, which is not sufficiently developed from the subjective point of view and views of apartment owners, and this leads to significant unnecessary monetary costs. The current norms take into account the situation that has developed in recent decades, mostly only quantitative criteria, and many of them unfortunately do not translate into quality, which in turn slows down improvements in the entire housing sector, as well as between all people involved in it (builders, designers, realtors and especially future residents). The purpose of this article is to reveal and present the factors that affect the comfort of an apartment building, which are largely taken into account only in words at the moment and do not have a clear basis for their processing, using fuzzy logic. Theoretical bases for their elaboration are considered. The internal elements of the work of the existing factors of comfort management for the living environment are revealed. For this purpose, the input linguistic variables were selected from Zade's mathematics and all the necessary fuzzy sets and their membership functions were constructed graphically and tabularly. A comparison is made in the form of models and methods of systematic analysis of comfort indicators by their quantitative and qualitative characteristics, which are affected by uncertainty and incompleteness, which forces the optimal solution to find a long time. This is mainly due to the fact that the authors chose the factors influencing the comfort of housing on the use of fuzzy logic and the choice of special functions, which, given clear input parameters, will determine based on selected terms used in the study of membership functions. required result.
