Wireless MESH Networks and its Application in Sports Agility Test

In response to the current problems of using traditional training methods and insufficient funding for agile training in university sports, an agile training system based on Wireless MESH Networks has been developed and evaluated for the performance of MESH Networks. In this study, the network framework, initialization, and root node selection of the MESH network are described in detail. The network topology is examined in a mesh network training scenario, testing network nodes' response times and packet loss rates to demonstrate that self-organizing networks can transmit real-time data in response time. , the response time of mesh network nodes is less than 300 ms and the packet loss rate is about 0%. The wireless mesh network solves the problem that traditional WiFi networks are limited by the communication distance, allowing more lower computer nodes to access the network and extending the training coverage.
