Intelligent Repair System of Table Tennis Server Based on Data Analysis Algorithm

Billiards are important equipment for table tennis players or fans. When the table tennis ball machine fails, the sensor in the ball machine sends out an error signal, automatically transmits the built-in tool, damages the ball machine according to the planned maintenance method, and automatically completes the maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to study the intelligent repair system of table tennis server based on data analysis algorithm. This paper introduces the research background, significance and application scenarios of the intelligent repair system of table tennis ball server, summarizes the research status of fault diagnosis and genetic algorithm at home and abroad and some representative research results, and proposes the main work and research content of this paper. Using genetic algorithm can automatically correct the internal combination error of the ball machine, the effectiveness of the debugging method, and the proposed automatic debugging method is verified by the test. Through the experimental comparison of the self-repair method based on genetic algorithm implemented in this paper, it is found that the proposed error correction method based on genetic algorithm has the fastest repair speed, the success rate is 87.6%, and the confidence is high.
