3D Sensor Based On Flatness Detection Algorithm For Cell Phone Back Cover Bezel Error

In order to improve the efficiency of flatness detection for the back cover of mobile phone, a new flatness error detection algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the original data scanned by 3D line laser sensor, Principal Components Analysis(PCA) algorithm was used to calculate the feature normal vector of the maximum surface of the back cover of the mobile phone, and the plane was fitted Secondly, the point cloud data is rotated according to the Angle of the frame. Finally, the height difference between each point on the frame and the fitted plane is obtained by plane fitting. The results show that compared -with the least square method, this method is more stable and has higher accuracy.
