Construction and Demonstration of The Measurement Model of Tourist Satisfaction in Huadu Airport

This research is based on data from surveys of tourists in the Guangzhou airport. Taking 17 impact factors as the measurement, mathematical model of factor analysis was used to calculate the principal component factors and extract the overall environment as variable factors, to solve the factor loading matrix, and establish the tourist customer satisfaction factor score function model. From the empirical studies, the overall satisfaction of Guangzhou airport is fine, but further improvement is needed in terms of consumer prices and gourmet satisfaction. This article makes suggestions for improvement from the government, industry, tourism resources and related constituencies.
