Research on Enterprise Digital Operation Management Method Based on Digital Middle Platform

With the development of Internet technology and the advent of digital trends, the traditional methods of enterprise operation and management oriented to production materials can no longer meet the needs of digital development of enterprises. This paper proposes an enterprise digital operation management method based on a digital middle station. Through the establishment of enterprise business middle stations and data middle stations, the whole process channel of the enterprise is opened to realize intelligent operations such as automatic data extraction, automatic business correlation, and automatic scheme matching. This method can improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and management, and support the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises.
