energy from the Sun (Light & Heat) and NEM Equivalent Savings™ for $25/month bill with energy cost savings equity of 81-93%. 2) Grid-Tie rental Section-8 homes or apartments/condos without rooftop solar access: Battery only or Battery + Solar-Balcony/Awning/Patio using Bi-facial panels and batteries sized 10,20 or 30 kWh for 100% of the overnight energy usage to reduce bill to $31/month with energy cost savings equity of 77-92%. 3) Off-Grid homes using gas generators: replace “dirty” gas generators with Solar + Storage Island Nano-Grid and N ano-Grid Clusters for 100% energy from the Sun (Light & Heat) to improve Quality of Life and save up to 95% in electricity costs due to high cost of gasoline.
