The concept of using the CPAB approach in the definition of City Logistics: -theoretical study

The article focuses on presenting the essence, features and functions of city logistics. The author raises the scientific discourse resulting, on the one hand, from the acceptance of a set of logistic paradigms, and, on the other hand, from the existence of the potential of the space of definition essentially linked to the heterogeneity of the needs of the actors of the urban space. Therefore, it emphasizes the need for reflection on systems and processes in relation to urban logistics, as well as understanding in the context of the proposed methodological scheme: characteristic - property - advantage - benefit (CPAB). The author offers a holistic vision of scheduling, however treating it as a creative alternative that does not exclude other possibilities.
