Application of a Computer Abnormal Data Identification Algorithm in the Stability Improvement of Financial Budget Management Information System

This paper starts from the research status of financial information management system, and analyzes the related technologies involved in the system, including system development technology and architecture, database technology, Java technology, etc. Firstly, the concept and definition of abnormal data is proposed, and the structure of data existence is defined by the description of "objects and attributes". Then, the concept of similarity between theoretical distribution and attribute data distribution is proposed and analyzed, and the similarity solution algorithm of attribute data distribution is established, as a business person who actually prepares departmental budgets, I used the software of departmental budgeting, and according to the business of departmental budgeting, I used three softwares: departmental budget, basic information database, and special database. The requirements, overall design and detailed design scheme were studied.
