Multi-clean Energy Complementary Microgrid System - The Establishment of Pumped Storage Mode

The pumped-storage power station plays a very important role in promoting the optimal allocation of power generation resources and maintaining the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In order to formulate a reasonable scheduling strategy for pumped-storage power stations to maximize profits, this study proposes a short-term optimal dispatching model of pumped-storage power stations. The model takes into account the nonlinear hydropower conversion relationship, the characteristics of the energy storage power station unit, the minimum on-off time, storage capacity and other factors. It is converted into a mixed-integer linear programming problem through piecewise linearization. Using electricity price as a balanced incentive strategy. The research results can provide support for pumped storage model to participate in the Multi-clean energy complementary microgrid system.
