High bandwidth and gain V-band antenna based on FSS for the future Wi-Fi

In this paper, the design of a unique shape frequency-selective surfaces (FSS) for a V-band antenna is presented to raise the antenna’s gain while maintaining its performance and decreasing its size. The suggested antenna satisfies the requirements for gain and bandwidth outlined in the IEEE 802.11.3c standard (i.e 6G Wi-Fi), with a gain of 8.62 dBi and gains bandwidth of 5.66 GHz, respectively.
