Magnetoresistance of Graphite Nanoplatelets Simultaniously Modified with Nickel and Iron

Paper presents the results of experimental investigations of magnetoresistance of modified with nickel and iron graphite nanoplatelets in wide interval of magnetic field at room temperature and 77 K. Graphite nanoplatelets have been simultaneously modified by nickel and cobalt up to mass concentration 60%. It is shown that in the magnetoresistance of simultaneously modified nickel and iron graphite nanoplatelets, in contrast to graphite nanoplatelets modified with only nickel, the effects of giant magnetoresistance and anisotropic magnetoresistance are manifested. Also, magnetoresistance mechanisms in the source thermoexfoliated graphite and unmodified graphite nanoplatelets are analyzed
