Design of an efficient automated grain unloader based on arduino

This paper briefly introduces a robotic arm solution for the problem of low efficiency and high degree of human involvement encountered when unloading bulk grain containers. By combining a flexible robotic arm with an Arduino automatic control system, this project enables the robotic arm to have multiple functions of grabbing and digging and sucking grain, effectively avoiding the danger of dust to manual unloaders, greatly improving the unloading efficiency of large grain silos, further reducing labor costs, and reducing the occurrence of accidents, which can be widely applied to major grain silos. It provides a new direction for the future mechanized unmanned grain silo as well as agricultural mechanization.
