Three-phase dynamic voltage restorer based on self-tuning fuzzy proportional resonance control

Voltage sag is one of the most frequent power quality problems in the power system. Dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) is one of the most common methods to solve voltage sag problem. In view of the problems of traditional PI feedback control for dynamic voltage restorer, such as large static error, poor load adaptability and insufficient compensation for nonlinear load, a scheme of fuzzy control for proportional resonance (PR) control parameters of dynamic voltage restorer was proposed. The scheme is simulated on Matlab/Simulink platform, and the results show that the scheme has obvious advantages of excellent dynamic performance, simple control and strong robustness.
