Design and Implementation of Intelligent Mobile Test System for 10kV Distribution Equipment

In order to solve the problems of difficulty in entering the testing equipment, repeated assembly, and low test efficiency in the handover test of distribution equipment, a set of intelligent mobile detection system for the handover test of 10kV distribution transformers and voltage transformers was designed. Firstly, the overall design of intelligent mobile detection technology including high and low voltage measurement module, power supply module, control switching module, sensor module and data storage module is proposed. Secondly, use switching control technology to develop a set of integrated automatic test control software to realize automatic measurement and data storage of test items. Finally, the prototype of the intelligent mobile detection system for 10kV power distribution equipment is realized and the application test of related test items is carried out. The results show that the system is accurate in test, high in intelligence and flexible in deployment, which can significantly improve the efficiency of on-site detection.
