Analysis of the Transformation Model of National Power Network to Integrated Energy Service Providers

The proposal of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" goals has brought new opportunities and challenges to the energy industry. As a leading representative of the energy industry, State Grid is actively facing the new development situation and focusing on the construction of new energy .A new power system is the primary goal to complete the transformation from an electric energy supplier to an integrated energy service provider. This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the State Grid's comprehensive energy services, and puts forward the potential comprehensive energy service businesses, business models and related suggestions that can be developed to improve the profitability of State Grid and consolidate the advantages of grid companies in the integrated energy market.
