Research on the Creep Damage Model of Computer Simulation of Boiler and Pressure Vessel in Thermal Power Plant

Creep damage is one of the main failure factors of high temperature vessels. In this paper, the creep damage calculation program is developed on the Lab Viewplatform. At the same time, in the ANSYS finite element program, the constitutive model with damage parameters is introduced into the ANSYS finite element program by modifying the user-defined creep material subroutine. In this paper, the correctness of the method is verified by comparing the solutions of beam and rectangular plate bending problems based on the Ritz method. Various numerical tests show that the creep analysis of the vessel wall structure can accurately predict the creep damage of the vessel wall structure.
