Design and Application of School Management Evaluation Model for Decision-making

Big data has a huge impact on the reform of education. In the process of educational big data application, models play an essential role. Models can turn discrete and scattered data into rigorous, global, dynamic decision-making tools. For school management, the data model can objectively analyze, comprehensively evaluate and diagnose the management status of schools, and provide strong support for the accurate management and scientific decision-making of schools. This paper introduced a school management model and its application. The model consists of 30 indicators from 6 dimensions: right and interest protection, teacher growth, education quality, resource allocation, mechanism construction, and innovative development. The school management big data application platform was also introduced. It can realize the dynamic monitoring and comprehensive evaluation of school management and promote the scientific level of school management.
