Modifications of Temperature Sensors Based on Oxymanganospinel Ceramics of NiMn2O4-CuMn2O4-MnCo2O4 System

Technological modification of oxymanganospinel
$\mathbf{NiMn}_{2}\mathbf{O}_{4}-\mathbf{CuMn}_{2}\mathbf{O}4-\mathbf{MnCo}_{2}\mathbf{O}_{4}$
ceramics for sensor electronics was performed. A detailed analysis of the
$\mathbf{Cu}_{0.1}\mathbf{Ni}_{0.8}\mathbf{Co}_{0.2}\mathbf{Mn}_{1.9}\mathbf{O}_{4}$
ceramics obtained by three regimes were carried out by X-ray diffraction method. It is established that allocation of additional phase of transition metal oxide in the required quantities cause a positive effect of suppression of low-temperature thermally stimulated defects of structural perfection of the main spinel phase of ceramics. The contribution of the defects of the NiO phase is insignificant due to the limited content. Degradation transformation in the

ceramics sintered at three regimes was studied to select more stable active elements based on ceramics for temperature sensors.
