Design of Digital Twin for PLC System

The paper deals with the design and implementation of the digital twin of the high bay warehouse. The paper offers an analysis of programmable logic controllers, as well as an overview of Industry 4.0, specifically an analysis of the concept of a digital twin and technologiess for the creation of a digital twin. The design of the digital twin consists of two parts. The first part is the creation of the 3D model. In the second part, the creation of a digital twin is described in detail. The resulting digital twin of the high bay warehouse is compared with a real laboratory model. The task is to design and create a digital twin based on a real model that will simulate its behavior as accurately as possible.
