Complex Research and Implementation of the IoT System for the Residential Buildings Vibroprotection

The territory of every city is a center of manmade dynamic loads caused by transport sources, construction and industrial equipment etc. Within a city the dynamic influences sources generate the vibrations with frequencies from 2-5 to 60-70 Hz, sometimes up to 200 Hz. The railway is a source of intense vibrations that cause impact on buildings and structures located near its lines. Under certain conditions the vibrations of the buildings foundations and structures may exceed the values permissible for their normal operation. The work aim is to substantiate the seismic and vibration protection system use for three sections of a residential complex (6, 10 and 13 floors) under the railway trains dynamic effects and seismic actions. To achieve this goal the following research works were performed: the experimental full-scale dynamic surveys of the soil surface at the construction site; the development of the spatial dynamic models of three sections; the sections calculations for dynamic influences of freight and passenger railway trains and seismic loadings with intensity of 6 points; the efficiency substantiation for the building vibroprotection system based on the results of calculations and check measurements of the floor slabs acceleration levels during the construction of three sections. The comparison of the experimentally recorded values of vibration acceleration levels and the permissible ones showed that under the influences of railway trains the soil vibration levels exceeded the permissible values by 6… 12 dB (i.e., from two to four times) for all three residential buildings. So, the necessity was confirmed to install a vibration system for protecting the pile grillage and basement walls, which would reduce the structures vibration levels and provide the comfortable living conditions in the residential complex.
