ENERGY audit and management on residential and commercial building : A case study

Electricity is an essential part of our daily lives. Because only a limited number of resources may be used to generate electricity, these resources or electricity must be saved for future use. This is only possible if energy is used as effectively as possible. Energy auditing is critical for both sustainable development and energy conservation. An energy audit is a comprehensive assessment that identifies energy usage across different services and suggests ways to save energy. Various energy audits have been undertaken at various places, and the results are evaluated in the literature. A few people were told how appliances waste energy, and even fewer were told about cost analysis and energy-saving strategies. The goal of this paper is to develop a methodology for calculating the energy efficiency of new high-rise structures. Simultaneously, people spend nearly 90% of their time indoors. As a result, having healthy and comfortable conditions in buildings, including thermal comfort and air quality, is critical.
