Proton Induced Single Event Effects on the Arria 10 Commercial off-the-shelf CMOS Field Programmable Gate Array

We present observations of proton induced single event effects on the Arria 10 commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) CMOS FPGA at three proton energy levels. The SRAM-based FPGA was sensitive to protons below 50 MeV.
