Development of Lines for Production of Electromechanical Products by Evaluating their Efficiency through Statistics and in the Conditions of Lean Manufacturing

The implementation of a project for the construction of a production line for the production of connectors was considered. Lean manufacturing was used to achieve optimal results regarding productivity and quality. The development of the line over time was reviewed in order to improve quality. By using statistics, an analysis was made to evaluate the line. In the conclusion, future developments and expected results are defined.
