Reliability of low-power stepper motor drivers

Positional motion drives are widely used in various mechanical systems and machineries. These systems can be divided such as servomotor drives and stepper motor drives. This motion drives consist of the following system - “control electronic unit” and “positional motor”. Considering stepper motors drives on the point of view of reliability shows that the stepper motor has high reliability and the significant factor for the reliability of the stepper drives are their control units - so called stepper motor drivers. In this paper are considered low-power stepper motors drivers and their reliability.
